The First All African Styled Home in America
Greetings I am African style designer and decorator Anthony "Amp" Elmore.  I have the world's greatest passion and love to show the world the beauty of African design. In the Eddie Murphy movie "Coming to America," the world got a positive view of African designs but this was only a Hollywood version of African designs and culture.  Myself and other designers are creating fabulous African designs and in this website we show you our personal home to demonstrate our design ideas. We were unable to find any book on creating a home in African designs so we took many trips to various African countries and we created the "Safari House."  Safari is a Swahili word that means journey. We have created an acronym for the word Safari that means Styled African Furnishings Application Renaissance Initiative. Please journey a Safari  tour of our home located at 1035 Semmes in Memphis, Tennessee.
5 time Karate/Kick boxer Anthony "Amp" Elmore who trained himself to become one of the premier African designers in the World.
